Intractable Cluster Headache: Sphenopalatine Ganglion Blocks May be Treatment of Choice.
Cluster headaches is a primary neurovascular headache and is associated with autonomic symptoms. A sphenopalatineablation with radiofrequency is suggested in the following abstract. I disagree.
